100 Days of Us
AN ORAL HISTORY OF AN AMERICAN CITY

Sponsor one hundred
days of your

100 Days of Us is a documentary portrait, public art, and oral-history project that listens to a single American city in its own words — one person a day, for one hundred consecutive days.  The information below is a simple, transparent sponsorship packet for businesses, foundations, and civic partners bringing 100 Days of Us to their city.

Section01

Why sponsor?

Most sponsorships fund an event and disappear with the last guest. 100 Days of Us is the opposite: a sponsor underwrites a permanent, public, name-associated piece of their city's cultural record — online forever, in the local library, and on the walls downtown.

Section04

Honest questions, honest answers.

The questions most sponsors ask us in the first call, answered plainly. If your question isn't here, write us at phil@storyvillecities.com.

Is this sponsorship or is it advertising?
It is sponsorship. We will not alter a story, a portrait, or a participant list because of a sponsor. Your logo appears alongside the work.
Do you let sponsors pick neighbors?
No, never. To preserve the community element of the project, the hundred are chosen by the Story Council editorial team of the host community. Sponsors see the stories unfold alongside the community.
Is our sponsorship tax-deductible?
Yes, for U.S. sponsors. Editions are fiscally sponsored through a 501(c)(3) partner.
Can our organization sponsor the entire project?
Absolutely!
